Glenbeigh Developments Limited is a private property company owned and run by Richard Bostock, Chris Kelly and Colin Whelan who have between them in excess of 40 years of experience in commercial property development and investment.
The skills of Colin Whelan and Chris Kelly are in asset management and the acquisition and implementation of developments, which are backed by the ability of Richard Bostock to raise private equity and debt.
Through his other companies, including Tritax Assets Limited and Collective Investments Limited as well as Glenbeigh, Richard Bostock has put together syndicates of high net worth individuals to purchase commercial property who now own in excess of £980 Million of stock. Glenbeigh’s purchases to date have been financed by syndicates formed by Richard from his stable of private investors, by Glenbeigh shareholders and by Tritax. Debt where necessary has been provided by Bank of Scotland and Allied Irish Bank.
Glenbeigh is a vehicle that uses the complimentary expertise of three individuals who each has a long reputation for performance and matches those skills with the ability to call upon a substantial amount of private equity to ensure the smooth implementation and running of development and investments schemes.
