We purchased this 25 acre site through an SPV in 2002 and have been working through the planning processes towards an implementable residential development since that time.
The site has many complicated issues which we believe we have now resolved and the national, regional and local planning framework now favour this site being brought forward as soon as possible.
We are currently working on an Environmental Impact Assessment and intend to submit a planning application for 400 residential units in early 2007.
Assuming success we will carry out ground remediation and enabling works for the development and bring forward site sales in phases to national housebuilders.
