Shoreham Inquiry Decision

Planning was granted at appeal in November 2007 for the development of 12 small B1,B2 +B8 commercial units. Glenbeigh are expecting to be on site beginning March 2007 with completion of the development expected in late Summer 2007. The units will be sold or leased and given the size will be particularly attractive to owner occupiers where the owners are able to place the freehold into SIPPs or SASSs.
