Having purchased this site through syndication in 2005 we are now awaiting the result of a Public Inquiry into the rejection of our planning application for B1,B2 and B8 use.
The result is anticipated in the middle of this month and if successful we will begin construction in January with completion being due in June 2007.
Our scheme is for 12 units ranging from 1430 sqft to 2380 sqft in size and to offer flexibility we will construct part without partition walls thus offering the opportunity of larger units between 3500 sqft and 4500 sqft.
We are building to full institutional standards giving 6m to eaves and the potential for mezzanine accommodation. All units will be available on a freehold and leasehold basis.
